Another Establishment concerning The public who would like to Fix there humble abode, and really almost anything. The staff of Ace in Pontiac, Illinois was attentive to the if needed 1 customer at a time. Clean,Well organized arrangement of items. Next.time we go I will or my wife/partner can gather names as we shop and buy.

This store is fantastic. The shelves are all neat and fully stocked. Tina, the manager, really knows her store and has a vast knowledge of "how-to" on practically any project. Her assistant, Ted, is also very helpful and knowledgeable. More than once I've presented them with a seemingly hopeless repair/project, and Ted will take all the time necessary to help me gather all the parts I need, as well as how to do it properly. He has the patience of a saint. They give the personalized service you deserve, unlike the bigger box stores. Ace really is the place!
